
I worked on the bose.com ecommerce site for several projects. I led project teams which:
- Put cross-sell items and promotional items in the shopping cart to stimulate add-on, impulse buying at checkout.
- Built the customer service section of the site, including legal reviews of all policies, terms and conditions.
- Created section for each product on owners.bose.com, the product support site, with manuals, technical support, FAQs for each product.
- Built a personal shopping appointment system where customers can make online appointments in advance for help at the retail stores.
